HPE (NYSE: HPE) today announced that Saudi German Health UAE, one of the leading private healthcare providers across the Middle East and North Africa, has selected HPE’s wired, wireless NAC solution managed via HPE Aruba Central to modernize its network infrastructure and accelerate the next phase of its digital healthcare transformation in the UAE. HPE and Saudi German Health UAE have partnered for 14 years, supporting the organization’s continued growth and transformation.
Saudi German Health UAE selected the HPE Self-Driving Network portfolio to modernize its wired, wireless and security infrastructure and support the continued expansion of its hospitals, clinics, medical education facilities, and new medical college in the UAE. As digital services, connected devices, bandwidth-intensive applications such as diagnostic imaging, and mobile users across multiple campuses grew, the legacy network could no longer provide the scale, visibility, and reliability required. The transformation forms part of a broader digital transformation program spanning infrastructure, networks, applications, digitalization and AI implementation across the group.

The new environment is designed to improve reliability and performance of mission-critical healthcare applications while enabling uninterrupted access to electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical systems. High-density wireless connectivity powered by HPE Aruba Networking Access Points and resilient switching infrastructure built on the HPE Networking CX Switches will support clinicians, staff, patients, and students across multiple sites. To strengthen security and simplify operations, the deployment integrates HPE Networking Gateway Series and HPE Networking ClearPass Policy Manager enabling role-based access for users and connected medical devices while helping protect sensitive patient data. In parallel, HPE Networking User Experience Insight provides proactive experience monitoring to identify and resolve issues before they affect users, while HPE Networking manages both production systems and air-gapped CCTV infrastructure.
